Melissa Gibbens, BSN, ("Missi") has worked in aesthetics for over 20 years. She currently owns SkinScriptions by Melissa Gibbens in Houston, Texas where she has been a practitioner for the last 7 years. Prior to opening her practice, she worked as clinical trainer for Merz Aesthetics. She is considered an expert in the aesthetic industry. She was recently recognized as one of the “Top 200” injectors in the nation by Evolus. She also serves as the President for the Texas Aesthetic Nursing Coalition. Melissa was the first practice in Texas to use Neogen. She has successfully treated hundreds of patients with Neogen Plasma specializing in scar revision therapy on the face and body.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas. She also holds Bachelor of Science in Wellness Promotion from Texas State University. She is currently studying to become an Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner at Purdue University.
